Roscoe Bartlett Salutes Wounded Warriors - “It is one of my greatest privileges as a member of Congress and is always a humbling honor for me to meet wounded warriors. Wounded warriors demonstrate daily to their families, friends, neighbors and co-workers that it is our will and opportunity to focus on what we can do, not what we can’t do that determines how we live our lives. I am awed by wounded warriors who say, yes, I may have a disability, but I am not disabled and who seek out opportunities and apply the can-do attitude that they learned serving in our military to continue making contributions and giving back to our society.
