Congressman Cuellar stands with Laredo Community College student Adrian Reyes at the $900,670 grant announcement for nursing scholarships from the Health Resources and Services Administration. Adrian is entering his first year in Laredo Community College’s nursing program. In addition to awarding scholarships to eligible students, the grant will also support recruitment and retention efforts to provide students the tools they need to reach their full potential—like access to laptops and study sessions.
