Congressman Cuellar hosted a ‘Grants for Higher Education Institutions Videoconference’ broadcasted in Washington D.C. to institutions around the district. The presentations were designed to help prospective applicants navigate through the grant application process. Representatives from the Department of Labor, the Department of Education and the National Science Foundation presented to over 55 attendees in five higher education institutions in Edinburg, Laredo and San Antonio.
