Assistance with Federal Agencies

It can be extremely difficult to navigate through the red tape associated with many federal agencies.  One of the most important parts of my job involves providing assistance to my constituents, the residents of the 4^thCongressional District, when dealing with the federal government.  My Garden City District Office is staffed with caseworkers whose primary job is to assist constituents with problems or concerns involving federal agencies such as the Veterans Administration, the Internal Revenue Service and the United States Postal Service. 

If you live in the 4^thCongressional District and are having an issue with a particular federal agency, my office will gladly make an inquiry on your behalf.  Please note that my office cannot guarantee a specific outcome but will advocate on your behalf to ensure that full and fair consideration has been given to your case. 

Congressional courtesy dictates that each Member of Congress has the privilege and responsibility to serve his or her own constituents.  To determine if you are a resident of the 4^thCongressional District, please visit www.house.gov and enter your zip code.

According to the Privacy Act of 1974, we require your permission before Federal Agencies can release information to our office.  Please print and fax or mail the Privacy Release Form to my Garden City office so that we have your permission to contact these agencies on your behalf. Federal agencies will not respond to an inquiry without this form.  Please click on the link below to print out the required privacy release form.
