WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today, U.S. Senator Maria Cantwell (D-WA) released the following statement regarding the Riverpoint Academy for Mead School District in Spokane County. Cantwell has been a Senate leader on STEM education, and was an original cosponsor of the America COMPETES Act to improve investment in STEM research and education programs.
