Help with a Federal Agency

As a Federal representative, Brian is able to make inquiries of Federal agencies.  If you need help with a problem you are having with a government agency, please follow these steps to see if a casework request is needed.

If you believe your issue with a federal agency requires assistance from Brian's office, please proceed to the next step in initiating casework.

In order to process your request for assistance, please fill out the casework web form outlining the situation with all of your contact information.  Once completed, the form will generate a printable page which you must sign and mail to my office.

Once we receive your written request one of our caseworkers will call you to discuss your case.

Note: The Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. § 552a) requires that Members of Congress or their staff have written authorization before they can obtain information about an individual's case. We must have your signature to proceed with this type of request.
