Washington, May 4, 2011 - John Brennan, the President's top advisor for counterterrorism was the keynote speaker at the 2009 Border Security Conference at UTEP.  On Monday, Brennan provided details about the operation that killed al Qaeda mastermind Osama bin Laden.
