Subcommittee on Oversight, Investigations, and Management

The Subcommittee on Oversight, Investigations, and Management jurisdiction includes conducting investigations and general oversight of homeland security programs; oversight over management, financial, information technology, and procurement functions within the Department of Homeland Security and its component agencies; the Department’s Privacy Office and Office of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties; workforce issues; and the implementation of the Freedom of Information Act at the Department.
