Flag Request Form (PDF)

My office is pleased to help 12th District residents obtain American Flags flown over the United States Capitol Building. These Flags can be dedicated to any person, organization, or event of your choice. In addition, flags can also be flown on any specific date, including weekends and holidays. Upon receipt, each Flag will be individually boxed and include a certificate of dedication.

There are some nominal fees associated with flying a flag over the Capitol, and the price varies according to the size and material of the flag you request. All items are sold at cost and no profit is incurred.

Normal processing time for flags flown over the Capitol is four to six weeks.
