Westmoreland Honors Our Nation's Veterans

This Sunday, November 11, is Veterans Day. I encourage everyone to thank a veteran and all the men and women in uniform, for we see the results of their dedication every day we get to live free. They fight for our safety and security, and so other countries may have the same great opportunities as we do.
My wife, Joan, and I would like to thank our soldiers around the world for their service. We will never forget those who have given the ultimate sacrifice and the 23 million veterans we will be forever in debt to. Their service and sacrifice remind us that now more than ever, we need to defend the values that make America the greatest nation in the world.
