• Get a Form 1099/1042 -- Social Security Benefit Statement is shutting down on December 15, 2012.
  When it returns on February 1, 2013, you will be able to replace the lost, damaged, or missing tax summary of your Social Security benefits for 2012 instead of 2011. (Not available for SSI.)
• Select or change the way you receive information from Social Security if you are blind or visually impaired.

"Get a password" is being discontinued. If you already have a password request code (PRC), you can still choose your password. However, you will not be able to request a new PRC.

The services you need a password for are being upgraded on January 5th, 2013. As of that date, you will be able to use upgraded versions of our current password services as soon as you create a my Social Security account with us.
