The United States Supreme Court upheld Obamacare's individual mandate justifying it as a tax rather than an exercise of the Commerce Clause. The court's 5 -- 4 ruling keeps the majority of Obamacare intact as well as introducing the single largest tax in the history of the country. Today's decision allows Obamacare's 20 separate taxes, totaling half a trillion dollars, to take effect next year, plus additional costs of $1.76 trillion. U.S. Representative Cynthia Lummis issued the following statement in response to the court's decision:

    Lie, lie, lie. You only call it a tax after the Supreme Court called a portion that affects very few people just that. One of Romney's own people said it wasn't a tax because he knew that what Romney did in Mass would then have to be called a tax but then had to retract himself in order to keep this buzz going. And now a 5-4 court decision is a "slimiest of margins" when a conservative 5-4 is a "victory".

    Congressman Lummis could not have said it better: Obamacare MUST be repealed. This must be the centerpiece of Mitt Romney's political agenda. If Romney is elected and does not achieve repeal of this epic Democrat overreach, he will have hell to pay from the electorate.

    This cow is lying so badly that the name of her CATTLE CALL isn't even accurate. She's struggling to stampede all you sheep into voting against your own interests. FOR EXAMPLE Just one of Reagan's tax increases was waay more than what Obamacare will cost, and all five of Saint Ronnie's tax hikes added together over triple Obamacare's budget!

    Offsetting the Obama "tax hike" are savings to YOUR health care, as evidenced by the REFUND already coming to your state!
