Washington, D.C. - U.S. Congressman Mike Pence welcomed the Sixth District's winner of this year's Congressional Art Competition, Crysta Laughlin of Muncie, Ind., and her mother, Perle Laughlin, to Washington, D.C.
"Winning the Congressional Art Competition for Indiana's Sixth District is a great accomplishment, and I am very proud of Crysta," said Pence. "She has an incredible talent, and I wish her all the best as she continues to showcase her artistic skills."
