Washington, D.C. - U.S. Congressman Mike Pence supports the Pro-Growth Budget Act of 2011 (H.R. 3582) and the Baseline Reform Act of 2011 (H.R. 3578). The Pro-Growth Budgeting Act of 2011 requires that the Congressional Budget Office provide lawmakers with a large-scale, long-term economic analysis for all major legislation. The Baseline Reform Act of 2011 adjusts the initial assumed amount of money granted to each federal agency to reflect needs, not just automatic increases. ### |
