Senator Lautenberg joins Senators John Warner (R-VA; left), Chuck Hagel (R-NE) and Jim Webb (D-VA) and more than 20 veterans to celebrate the passage of a new GI bill that provides comprehensive educational benefits to those returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. The four senators led the fight for the bill which passed both houses of Congress overwhelmingly in June and is now law. (June 26, 2008)
