Consumer Rights
American consumers have the right to expect fair treatment with the products and services they buy. Their credit card bill should be due on the same day each month, not a different day. If their airplane is grounded for hours, people should have access to basic necessities or the option to deplane. If big business cannot guarantee these basic rights, I believe the government can help ensure that consumers get the fair treatment they deserve.
