CHICAGO—Today, Congressman Mike Quigley (D-IL) announced the opening of a satellite district office located at 1057 W. Belmont Ave. in Alderman Tom Tunney’s current office.

“Hearing the concerns of my constituents is the most important thing I can do as a Congressman and this new office will give me a chance to hear from more of them,” said Quigley.  “I will also look for additional opportunities to better reach my constituents throughout the district.”

The new office is already up and running and will be open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Constituents will be able to meet face-to-face with a representative from Quigley’s staff on a walk-in basis or by appointment.  Appointments can be made by calling Quigley’s primary office—still located at 3742 W. Irving Park Rd.—at 773/267-5926 with additional resources available online at www.quigley.house.gov.

Both offices offer assistance and guidance with immigration and social security questions, Medicare payments, veterans’ benefits, and any other issue involving a federal agency.  Plans are in the works to hold office hours in other aldermanic offices throughout the district in the near future.
