Congressional Art Competition

From Representative Quayle –

This year we saw another amazing group of submissions to the Congressional Art Competition.  It was great to view these works and meet with these talented young people from around my district.  The “Best in Show” winner for the second year in a row was Clara Kesti from Apollo High School for her drawing entitled “First Masquerade”.  Congratulations to Clara, who will have her work displayed at the U.S. Capitolfor the next year.  This was a great group of submissions, and I thank everyone who took part.
