Flag Exchange

The month of September cannot pass without reflection on those who lost their lives during the tragic attacks on September 11th 2001. Flags and services are prevalent around the country on the 11th day of September, each which stand as an everlasting tribute to freedom, liberty, and perseverance.

This month, our office is honored to start a flag replacement project. We have the opportunity to exchange worn out and tattered flags with new flags from our office, free of charge. The unserviceable flags will be then donated to Arizona Boy Scout Troop 131. The Troop will use these flags to train their Boy Scouts on proper flag retirement technique and ceremony.

If you are a resident or business in the Third Congressional District and you have a worn or tattered American Flag on display, please fill out the form below, bring your old flag to our office, or contact us about exchanging your flag. Any questions or concerns can be directed to Ben Stewart in Congressman Quayle’s Phoenix office at ben.stewart@mail.house.gov or at 602-263-5300.
