COSTELLO ANNOUNCES HUD GRANTS FOR MADISON COUNTY
WASHINGTON -- U.S. Congressman Jerry Costello (D-IL) announced today that Madison County has been awarded formula grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The funds will be used to provide housing and other economic assistance.
“This funding will allow for improvements to facilities to better serve low-income families and to help them obtain safe and affordable housing,” Costello said. “These resources are an important part of our social safety net.”
