WASHINGTON -- U.S. Congressman Jerry Costello (D-IL) announced today that several Southern Illinois health organizations have received Affordable Care Act Capital Development grants from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The funds will be used to provide health care services, including upgrading equipment and renovating facilities.
