COSTELLO ANNOUNCES LUHR BROTHERS, INC., RECEIVES ARMY CONTRACT
WASHINGTON – U.S. Congressman Jerry Costello (D-IL) announced today that Luhr Brothers, Inc., located in Columbia, has been awarded a $16,033,945 contract by the U.S. Army. The contract is for shoreline protection work at the Manchac Wildlife Management Area of Lake Pontchartrain in Louisiana.
“This is important work that will help maintain critical infrastructure,” said Costello. “I am pleased that a company from our region is participating in this project.”
