Mid-Hudson News: Hayworth Hears Business Concerns
Saturday August 18, 2012
MONTGOMERY – Business executives from Orange County told Congresswoman Nan Hayworth what was on their minds in terms of federal obstacles to their companies. Hayworth, who met with them at the Orange County Chamber of Commerce Office in Montgomery, offered to assist them where ever possible.
“To the extent we can bring common sense to the process so they don’t have to drown in paperwork and they don’t have to worry about increasing their costs or increasing their liability based on the regulations that are imposed from Washington,” she said. “That’s my goal.”
Among the concerns of the business people is the healthcare issue.
