“Today’s spending bill ensures we fund our government responsibly and not let election year politics jeopardize basic government operations Americans depend on.  Americans are tired of chaos in Washington, and today’s bill is a good step.  This agreement also makes key investments important to Colorado, including improved wildfire management funding and completion of next generation weather satellites built in Colorado which will save lives and property.  This bill sends a strong signal that government works best when we work together.”
