teterboro.pngThe Borough of Teterboro, located in Southern Bergen County, is home to only 18 residents, making it the smallest municipality in the State of New Jersey.  The town is best known for Teterboro Airport, operated by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.  New Jersey's Aviation Hall of Fame and Museum is also located in Teterboro and displays historic aircraft, pictures, and videos, illustrating the role of New Jersey in modern aviation.

The borough was incorporated in 1917 and enlarged in 1918.  Originally known as Teterboro, the name was briefly changed to Bendix Borough in 1937, and back to Teterboro in 1943.

The Web site for the Aviation Hall of Fame and Museum is http://www.njahof.org/.  The Borough of Teterboro can be reached at (201) 288-3203.
