If you are a veteran with a claim pending with the VA, Congressman LaTourette and his staff can monitor your claim by sending an inquiry to the Department of Veterans Affairs.
A Consent for Release form would be needed from the individual, along with any documentation pertaining to the claim. As with all other casework, Congressman LaTourette and his staff cannot force any agency to expedite your case or to act in your favor.
We also cannot offer legal advice or recommend an attorney. If you need assistance with completing applications or paperwork, you may contact your county's Veteran Service Commission, a Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), an American Legion or the Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
