Veterans Affairs: Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs is responsible for providing federal benefits to our veterans and their dependents. The agency provides compensation benefits for veterans, spouses, survivors and dependents. The VA administers medical care, education and training, home loan assistance and VA National Cemeteries. Please understand that under federal law, Congressman Crenshaw must have a request in writing before making an inquiry to the VA. To initiate your inquiry, you must write a letter or complete the Privacy Act form and mail or fax it to the Jacksonville office.

Complete the Privacy Act form, available at Step Two, and fax or mail it to the Jacksonville office of Congressman Crenshaw. Please include any supporting documentation.
