Please understand that while we can assist you in bringing your case to the attention of the proper officials and guide you through the process, we cannot direct an agency to decide a matter in your favor. In order for me to make inquires on your behalf, the Federal Privacy Act requires your written authorization. Be sure to include your contact information so that my staff is able to contact you promptly.
