| Murphy Office to Host Career Workshop for Job Seekers |

NEW BRITAIN—On Thursday, September 20th, Congressman Chris Murphy’s office will host a career workshop at Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) in New Britain.
The Connecticut Department of Labor and the CCSU Center for Advising and Career Exploration will be on hand to go over interviewing skills, resume and cover letter writing, and strategies job seekers can utilize to transition to new careers.
This career workshop will serve as a precursor to the job fair Congressman Murphy is holding at CCSU on September 25th. Job seekers of all kinds – those currently unemployed or returning to the workforce as well as those with jobs who are looking to make a change– are welcome and encouraged to attend.
