Committee Holds Hearing on the Causes and Effects of the Lehman Brothers Bankcruptcy PDF Print

The Committee held a hearing on Monday, October 6, 2009 to examine the regulatory mistakes and financial excesses that led Lehman Brothers Holdings to file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on September 15, 2008, the largest bankruptcy in U.S. history.  The hearing took place at 10:00 a.m. in room 2154 Rayburn House Office Building.
