Flag Requests

My office would be happy to assist you with purchasing a flag flown over the United States Capitol. If you would like to have the flag flown on a specific date to mark a special occasion, please provide at least five weeks advance notice. If you need to place a rush order, contact my office at 202-225-2731, and we will try to accommodate your request.

Please complete and print the flag request form. Checks for payment of all flag orders should be made out to Mike McIntyre in the exact amount of the order and attached to the order form. The completed form and attached check should be mailed to:
