Top Tool, Inc., is a small manufacturing business in Minneapolis that specializes in manufacturing precision micro components.

This past year, the company was due to receive a significant tax rebate from the IRS. However, the IRS said their payment was going to take 10 weeks longer than Top Tool was originally told. This was a problem, because Top Tool was counting on this refund, and like many small businesses in Minnesota, every cent matters. So they got in touch with Sen. Franken's office for help, and he and his staff worked with the IRS to fix Top Tool's problem and expedite their refund. And as a result, Top Tool will be receiving their tax rebate much faster. They were thrilled with the assistance they received from Sen. Franken’s office and will now be able to invest more in equipment and people.
