Washington, DC— Today Energy and Commerce Committee Ranking Member Henry A. Waxman and Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee Ranking Member Diana DeGette sent a letter to Energy and Commerce Committee Chairman Fred Upton and Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee Chairman Cliff Stearns expressing extreme concern over their selected release of emails related to the Solyndra investigation.  The emails released present a misleading and inaccurate account to the public and are directly contradicted by documents and communications in the Committee’s possession.
