Changes to SBAs Export Loan Program

Size of Business - The size of business that SBA can finance has
been changed. Effective immediately, applicants will be
considered small and eligible to receive SBA financing if they meet
the traditional SBA size standard for their industry OR the
alternate size standard as follows: (i) the maximum tangible
net worth of the applicant is not more than $15,000,000; and (ii)
the average net income after Federal income taxes (excluding any
carry-over losses) of the applicant for the full 2 full fiscal
years before the date of the application is not more than
$5,000,000. Other changes have been made too, see www.sba.gov for details.
