Businesses add jobs but unemployment rate same

While businesses added 103,000 jobs in September, the unemploymnet rate remained at 9.1 percent for the third consecutive month.  To learn more about the newest data, click here.  ABC News also reports that the average person without a job has been out of work for 40.5 weeks, and that "14 million of our neighbors wanted to work last month, but couldn't find any work."
