The Veteran Advisory Council (VAC) provide veterans' organizations within the 1st Congressional District a means to voicing national, state and local veterans' concerns, interests, or suggestions to Congressman Wittman.  The VAC is composed of men and women of integrity and competence who are active in military and veterans' affairs.  VAC members represent the following associations: National Association for Uniformed Services (NAUS), AMVETS, Disabled American Veterans (DAV), Korean War Veterans Association (KWVA), Legion of Valor of the United States, Marine Corps League (MCL), Non-Commissioned Officers Association (NCOA), Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), WAVES, Air Force Association (AFA), and the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA).
