The President serves as chief executive officer of the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc., and is charged with implementing policies and programs of CBCF. Reporting to CBCF’s Board of Directors and appointed by them, he/she is responsible to the Board. The President exercises broad executive powers over all aspects of the daily operations of CBCF. See full position description.

CBCF JOINS FORCES TO COMBAT HIV STIGMA FOR WORLD AIDS DAY

The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF) will join a coalition of HIV/AIDS activists and healthcare professionals at the third International Conference on Stigma: The Attitude that Spreads from 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 30, 2012.

AFRICAN-AMERICAN MALES DISCUSS EDUCATION IN AMERICA AT BREAKING BARRIERS: WALK A MILE IN MY SHOES

On Monday, Nov. 19, more than 130 attendees gathered at the Humphrey Scottish Rite Masonic Center in Milwaukee, WI to hear a panel of young African-American males speak about their academic and personal experiences.

The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Inc., (CBCF) welcomed a class of 16 interns this semester; including 12 from the Emerging Leaders Internship program sponsored by Walmart and four African-American male communications interns sponsored by State Farm.
