Grants Guide

Print

As the federal government shifts more responsibilities to the private sector and to non-profit organizations, it is more important than ever to make grant information available to groups in need of support. If you are seeking a grant, it is wise to explore all potential funding sources, from government grant programs to private or corporate foundations.

This web page can help get you started with information about the grant making process, from identifying funding sources targeted to your needs to how to draft your grant proposal. Many questions can be answered right here by simply browsing this site.  Please click on the links below to learn how to develop a grant proposal and browse grant resources.  You can also click on the map to see local projects, many of which I have been happy to support, that have been awarded grant funding.

Should you have additional questions about federal grants or need further assistance, email me or call my district office in Fremont at (510) 494-1388.
