Flag Request

To request a flag, fill out the information below so our office may process the flag request. Requests to have a flag flown over the Capitol may only be requested for future dates. Please submit these requests as far in advance as possible. Requests should be submitted at least six (6) weeks in advance of a requested date. Before we can process any flag requests, we must receive payment. Please make checks or money orders payable to: Lou Barletta Office Supply Account, and mail them to:

Note that checks or money orders mailed to our Washington, D.C., office take longer to process due to additional security screening. Cash cannot be accepted.
