As part of his on-going efforts to make Congress more transparent, Congressman Altmire has posted all of his funding requests for the upcoming Highway Reauthorization bill on his website. You can view the requests by clicking here.

The Highway Reauthorization bill will lay out the federal government’s transportation and infrastructure funding priorities for the next five years. As the only western Pennsylvanian on the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, Congressman Altmire is working to secure funding that will improve western Pennsylvania’s infrastructure and pave the way for our region’s long-term economic growth.

It is important to note that all of these requests are still being reviewed by the House Transportation Committee. There is no guarantee that any of these project requests will be funded.
