Barrow to Hold 2nd Annual 12th District Day PDF Print

July 18, 2012

Congressman John Barrow (GA-12) will hold his second annual "Twelfth District Day" conference in Washington, DC on Friday, August 3, 2012. The forum will bring together Georgians and leaders in Washington from government, business, and media communities, and will include a wide array of bipartisan speakers.

Attendees will receive information on the federal grants process and how to improve applications, as well as a chance to participate in discussions on economic development and the congressional agenda.

"It's important for folks in Georgia to understand how to use the federal resources available," said Congressman Barrow. "We've found that bringing everyone together for an open forum is the best way to help the communities across the 12th District. I'm looking forward to this year's conference, and I hope folks are able to get the information they need and put it to use across the district."

Twelfth District residents interested in attending this free event can register online by clicking here. For more information, contact Congressman Barrow's office at (202) 225-2823.
