    In today’s Advocate, I urged Gov. Jindal to reconsider his opposition to establishing a state-run health insurance exchange in Louisiana. If he does not act by Friday, he will cede control over Louisiana’s health exchange to the federal government, which could result in one-size-fits-all reforms not tailored to the state’s specific needs.
