Washington D.C. Tours PDF Print E-mail

One of the privileges I have as a Member of Congress is the ability to provide my constituents with Congressional Tour tickets for visitors to Washington D.C.

Currently, I am able to provide tickets to the White House, the U.S. Capitol, the Library of Congress, the Kennedy Center, and the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. Public tours are available at the Supreme Court, the National Cathedral and the Pentagon.

I am also happy to provide information on Washington D.C. sites and attractions not listed above.  If there are other tours or sites you would like additional information on, please indicate this in the comment section of the tour request form.  I am also happy to provide information on how to access tour sites for those with disabilities.  Again, please indicate that you would like this information on the comment section.

These tours are an excellent way to see all that the nation's capital has to offer and all of these tours are of no charge to you. All tickets are provided to my constituents on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the large number of visitors from the 22nd District of New York, many of the tickets I am able to obtain are reserved as far as six months in advance. Therefore, if you wish to obtain tickets, please request them as early as possible in order to maximize your chances.

As you may know, tickets to the White House are highly sought after, and therefore, are very difficult to obtain. All requests for White House tour tickets must be made at least 30 days in advance of the requested tour date to meet the White House's security requrements. My staff is happy to assist you with this request, however, due to the popularity of this tour, tickets cannot be guaranteed.  Moreover, due to strict security guidelines, the White House requires extensive security information for each visitor, including their social security number and their date of birth.  Unfortunately, if you do not feel comfortable providing this information to a member of my staff, I will be unable to schedule a White House tour on your behalf.

Please note, all White House tours requested for October 1st or later are required to present their security information when placing their request.  Please have this information ready when submitting your request, as my staff will need this information to enter a request on your behalf.
