Each year Congressman Adam Schiff receives hundreds of requests for information on how to pursue and maintain affordable home ownership and low-income housing assistance.

If you are experiencing difficulty with the Department of Housing and urban Development Congressman Schiff’s office may be able to help. According to the Privacy Act of 1974, in order for Congressman Schiff to assist you, written authorization is needed. Please complete the Casework Authorization Form and return it to Congressman Schiff's Pasadena office.  Once you have filled out this form, mail it to Congressman Schiff's Pasadena office at 87 N. Raymond Avenue, Suite 800 Pasadena, California 91103 or fax them to (626) 304-0572.
