• At 12:00 PM, the Senate will conduct a ROLL CALL VOTE on ratification of Treaty Document 112-7, the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
• Following the ROLL CALL VOTE, the Senate will recess until 2:15 PM for the weekly caucus lunches.
• At 2:15 PM, the Senate will resume consideration of S. 3254, the Defense Authorization bill, post-cloture. 
• At a time to be determined, the Senate will conduct a ROLL CALL VOTE on Kyl/Kerry amendment #3123, as modified (Russia) to S. 3254, the Defense Authorization bill.
