Today --

• The Senate is considering S. 3525, the sportsmen's bill.
• At 5:30 p.m., the Senate will conduct a roll call vote on the motion to waive the Budget Act with respect to Reid (for Tester) substitute amendment #7875 to S. 3525, the sportsmen's bill.
• If the Budget Act is waived, the Reid (for Tester) substitute amendment #7875 will be agreed to, and the Senate will conduct a roll call vote on passage of S. 3525, the sportsmen's bill, as amended.

Update (2:05 p.m.):

• Majority Leader Reid has indicated that this evening he will file Cloture on the Motion to Proceed to S. 676, the Native American Land bill (Carcieri v. Salazar). He has also indicated that tomorrow the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to consider the Disability Treaty.
