West Virginia has three congressional districts, with the 2nd District stretching across the central section of the state between Mason County on the Ohio River and Jefferson County along the historic Potomac River.

The Congresswoman has offices in Charleston and Martinsburg, and her staff regularly brings her mobile office to communities throughout the district.
