Flag Requests
Flying a flag over the United States Capitol is a wonderful way to remember a special event in someone's life or to commemorate exceptional service to a group or organization. To honor these significant achievements or special events, constituents can request that a United States flag be flown over the nation's Capitol.

Prices are at cost, including mailing and flying charges. Since all flag request forms must be accompanied by a check or money order, we are unable to accept electronic flag requests through this web page. Multiple flags can be shipped together. The flag order form requires the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you cannot download the form, please contact one of Congresswoman Matsui's offices to ask that a paper form be mailed to you.
Due to the volume of flag requests, orders usually take at least six to eight weeks. The waiting time may be longer during periods of extremely high demand.
