to Secure KSM Trial
November 20, 2009
At a recent Committee on Homeland Security hearing, Rep. Peter King questions a witness from the Federal Protective Service (FPS), the agency tasked with securing the federal buildings that will be involved in the Khalid Sheikh Mohammed trial in New York City. The witness admits that FPS will have to deploy additional personnel because they do not have the staff to perform daily functions as well as secure the trial.
