We need common sense reform that increases access to affordable, high-quality care, and promotes healthier lifestyles – without adding to the crushing debt Washington has placed on our children and grandchildren. I understand that many of my constituents are seeking as much information as possible about this new health reform law and are rightly concerned about what it will mean for them and their healthcare. Below are some links that I hope will be helpful Text and Summary of the new health reform law – the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, Public Law No: 111-148 Text and Summary of the reconciliation amendments to the new health reform law - the Health Care and Reconciliation Act of 2010, Public Law No: 111-152 Timeline of Health Reform Law Implementation Official U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Health Reform Website Republican Health Reform Plan
